1.2 Participant Responsibilities

As a course participant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Pay all course fees as agreed in the enrollment contract
• Attend scheduled sessions and complete assignments
• Maintain confidentiality of course materials
• Participate actively in learning activities

1.3 Course Fees and Payment

All course fees are clearly stated in your enrollment agreement. Payment is due according to the terms specified in your contract. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and credit cards.

1.4 Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our courses. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

1.5 Governing Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts or through arbitration as specified in your enrollment agreement.

2. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting the quality of our training programs.

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

• Course Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within 48 hours of course commencement and before any training sessions have been conducted
• Partial Attendance: 70% refund if cancelled after initial session but before course completion
• Quality Issues: Full or partial refund if course quality does not meet agreed standards
• Force Majeure: Refund consideration for circumstances beyond our control

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

• Completed training sessions
• Course materials and resources provided
• Certification and assessment services
• Services where participant provides false information

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Submit a written refund request within 30 days of course completion
2. Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
3. Include any supporting documentation
4. Allow 5-10 business days for processing

2.4 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2.5 Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
